Lis Wiehl was born on August 19, 1962 and was previously a Fox News legal analyst.
She's an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington Law School. Legal commentaries have been provided to National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appeared weekly on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs Tonight. the Imus morning programs as well as hosts the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl was born in Yakima, Washington, and was a graduate of West Valley High School in Yakima. She received her bachelor's degree in English from Barnard College, followed by a master's degree in literature from the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl was a US Attorney. She worked as an NPR legal correspondent. She served as "the Chief Investigative Counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." From 1995 to 2001, she served as a tenured professor at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl worked as an analyst for Fox News legal analyst from 2001 until 2017.
